Yep! I always wondering about this. Why there's is a lack of Youtuber community in my country?
Youtube is place for people to broadcast themself, its obvious, right? But the truth is, Youtube only used for some publicity and popular booster for some people here, even celebrities. Here in my country, Youtube was used by some people so they can reach the famous and get in the television, after that, they'll abandon Youtube. This is wrong IMO, why? Because Youtube was meant to be a place for you to be creative, to make your own "television show". Such a waste if Youtube is considered just to be a portal to get in the local television.
There's a lot of creative people here, but why they don't make their own channel in Youtube? Just leave the Television, we have a make-your-own-tv-program here!
(I have no idea what i just said.. :P)
